Families and individuals residing within the Town of Groton are encouraged to inquire about the programs and services provided by the Department of Human Services. Our staff is available weekdays from 8:30AM until 4:30PM. Extended office hours are offered by appointment only. If you need help because of financial problems, housing issues, have no food or heat, health concerns, family difficulties, parenting issues, transportation or child care questions, we have staff who can be of assistance.
