Eastern Connecticut Transportation Consortium, Inc. (ECTC)
18 Meridian Street New London, CT 06320 860-439-0062 ECTC offers curbside paratransit assistance to qualified persons in East Lyme, Griswold, Groton, Ledyard, Lisbon, Montville, New London, Norwich, and Waterford for a fare. It also offers employment transportation and related transportation for low income persons within the entire southeast region. Groton/Stonington Dial-a-Ride offers curbside van services to residents of Groton, Stonington, Mystic and Pawcatuck for a fare.
