Town Attorney

The Town Attorney is appointed by the Town Council. He appears for and protects the rights of the Town in all actions, suits, or proceedings of law including actions brought against the Town or any of its departments, officers, agencies, boards, and commissions. He serves as legal advisor to the Town Council, Representative Town Meeting, Town Manager, Town Clerk, and all departments, boards, and commissions.
